All warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship and apply across Canada for both residential and commercial installations.

General Warranty Information

• Warranties are limited to the original purchaser and require proof of purchase from Facility Supply Pro or an authorized distributor.
• Coverage begins on the date of purchase or shipment (whichever is specified by the manufacturer).
• Proper installation and maintenance according to the manufacturer’s guidelines are required; failure to follow instructions may void the warranty.
• Always inspect products immediately upon receipt and report any shipping damage to the carrier.

Brand-Specific Warranty Details

Frost Products Ltd. Washroom Accessories Warranty

Frost Products Ltd. warrants its OBC-compliant and barrier-free commercial washroom accessories against defects in materials and workmanship.

General Warranty (All Products)

• Duration: 12 months from shipment date
• Coverage: Repair or replacement including authorized freight charges
• Exclusions: Installation/removal costs, discoloration from harsh chemicals/environments, improper maintenance

Mirrors (Vandal-Resistant, Frameless, Barrier-Free Tilt, etc.)

• 10 years against silver spoilage (mirror glass only)
• Standard 12-month warranty on the complete product
• Clean only with mild soap solutions; avoid ammonia or solvents

Hand Dryers

• 5 years from purchase date on motor and working parts
• Regular cleaning required; failures due to excessive dirt/dust are excluded

Installation & Care

Must be installed by qualified tradespeople in accordance with local codes. Use only mild cleaners.

Acritec Bathroom Fixtures Warranty

Acri-Tec Industries Corporation provides limited warranties on defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase from an authorized Acri-Tec distributor.

Coverage & Durations

• Acrylic Bathtubs (Alcove and Drop-In) – 10 years (residential only)
• Freestanding and Clawfoot Acrylic Bathtubs – 5 years (residential only)
• Walk-In Acrylic Bathtubs and Composite Bathtubs – 2 years residential / 1 year commercial (walk-in tubs)
• Acrylic Shower Bases – 5 years (residential only)
• Shower Doors – 5 years (residential only)
• Acrylic/Composite Sinks, Vanity Basins, Laundry/Bar Sinks, Stainless Steel Sinks, and Pure Vanity Basins – 3 years residential / 1 year commercial
• Porcelain Basins and Toilets – 1 year (residential & commercial)
• Faucets (Kitchen and Bathroom) – 1 year (residential & commercial)

Exclusions

Shipping damage, misuse, abuse, improper installation, alterations, freezing, chemical or natural corrosion, improper water chemistry, normal wear and tear, color fading, and modifications.

Important Installation Notes

• Bathtubs must be leveled and fully supported (all feet and skirts touching the floor).
• Follow all provided installation and “Easy Care” instructions.
• Installation of damaged or defective products voids the warranty.

Claim Process

Email RGA@acritec.com with proof of purchase, model number, purchase date/place, detailed defect description, and clear photos. Acri-Tec will repair, replace, or refund (at their discretion) up to the original purchase price. No labor or consequential damages are covered.

Busch Systems Recycling Solutions Warranty

Busch Systems provides a limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified items qualify for coverage.

General Warranty (All Products)

• Duration: 1 year from date of purchase
• Coverage: Repair or replacement of the defective part or product at Busch Systems' discretion
• Exclusions: Normal wear and tear; misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, or vandalism; natural breakdown or fading of colors/materials over time; improper assembly, installation, or maintenance; use of harsh chemicals or incorrect cleaning methods; shipping damage not noted and reported at delivery; custom, built-to-order, or specially modified products; addition of non-Busch accessories

Claim Process

Report any damage or defect within 15 days of delivery (visible or concealed). Contact Busch Systems directly at sales@buschsystems.com or 1-800-565-9931 (North America) with order number, photos of damage/packaging, and detailed description. Upon approval, Busch Systems will arrange repair or replacement at no cost, including return freight. Claims submitted after 15 days or without proper documentation will be denied. This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy; Busch Systems is not liable for consequential, incidental, or any other damages beyond the original purchase price.
