Yes. All Busch Systems waste and recycling receptacles are designed and manufactured in Barrie, Ontario, Canada.
What materials are Busch Systems bins made from?
Depending on the model:
- Powder-coated steel bodies with HDPE liners, or
- HDPE bodies with aluminum posts and Sintra sign panels
All plastics are high-density polyethylene (HDPE); steel units receive a durable powder-coat finish.
Can Busch Systems bins be used outdoors?
Yes. Busch Systems states their containers are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use (covered outdoor areas recommended for longest life).
How should I clean the bins?
Busch Systems recommends mild soap and water. For powder-coated steel models, non-abrasive cleaners are safe. Avoid bleach, solvents, or abrasive pads.
**Do the bins come with garbage bags or liners?
No. Bags/liners are not included. Each product page lists the recommended bag size.
Are wheels or casters included?
No. Lockable caster kits are available as optional accessories on compatible models.
What is the warranty?

Shipping
All Busch Systems orders are shipped FOB from our warehouse in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt, and we strive to ship within this timeframe (rush orders not guaranteed).
Returns
Standard Busch Systems products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additional handling or repacking charges may apply. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is required; unauthorized returns may be refused. Custom products are non-returnable. Contact info@facilitysupplypro.com to start the process.
Warranty
Busch Systems provides a limited 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Defective items will be repaired or replaced at no charge (including freight when authorized). Installation/removal costs are not covered.
Damage or defects must be reported within 15 days of delivery with photos and order details. Failure to report within 15 days voids the warranty for that issue.
Misuse, abuse, neglect, harsh chemicals, or improper cleaning are not covered.
